These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nuraform platform, a web-based form creation and data collection service provided via nuraform.com, app.nuraform.com, and forms.nuraform.com (collectively, "Nuraform", "we", "our", or "us"). By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Nuraform.

To ensure responsible platform use, users must meet minimum legal age requirements and provide accurate information. We may revoke access if accounts are misused, impersonated, or fraudulently registered.

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Nuraform.
• By signing up, you confirm all information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

By subscribing to any paid plan, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation. We reserve the right to update pricing, billing intervals, and refund eligibility. Taxes, if applicable, may be added as required by local law.

• Nuraform offers both free and paid plans. Plan features and pricing may change without notice.
• Billing is handled through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe or Razorpay) and may be monthly or annual depending on user selection.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are granted at our discretion.
• To cancel, contact us via support form or email. Upon cancellation, accounts are downgraded to the free plan. Data is retained but access to paid features is revoked.

You are fully responsible for your activity on Nuraform. Misuse, unlawful content, or actions that compromise platform integrity may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.

• You may not upload or distribute illegal, harmful, pornographic, or abusive content through Nuraform.
• Scraping, unauthorized automation, or attempting to overload or disrupt the service is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or terminate users for any violations.

We prioritize the protection of your data. While Nuraform uses secure third-party services for storage and AI generation, you are responsible for ensuring content shared via your forms complies with relevant privacy laws.

• We store user data using Supabase and process form content using OpenAI and other tools.
• Only necessary user data (e.g., email, auth info) is collected via third-party login providers.
• Anonymized form structures may be used for internal training and product improvement, but personal files are excluded from this usage.

All intellectual property rights related to the Nuraform brand, codebase, UI/UX, and generated features remain ours. You may not reverse engineer, replicate, or redistribute platform assets without permission.

• All design, branding, and platform code belong to Nuraform and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the service without prior consent.

Nuraform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim liability for loss of data, AI inaccuracies, or service unavailability. You agree that your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

You acknowledge that Nuraform is an evolving service and may make changes to its features, pricing, availability, infrastructure, or terms at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nuraform and supersede any prior agreements, written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce them later.
